HOW TO CLAIM

1. Purchase a Samsung Smart LED TV Series 6, 7 or 8 (refer to full terms and conditions for participating models) between 9:00 am AEDST on 24 November 2011 and 11:59 pm AEDST on 08 January 2012.
2. Go to www.samsung.com.au/promotions and complete and submit the online claim form within 14 days of purchase, and prior to 11:59 pm AEDST on 22 January 2012.
3. Include the serial number of the purchased participating product in the online claim form within 14 days of purchase or provide the serial number to the Promoter within 7 days of receiving the purchased participating product.
4. Upload a scanned copy of the original purchase receipt as part of the online claim form process or send a copy to the fax number indicated online within 14 days of submitting your online claim form, and no later than 05 February 2012.
