HOW TO CLAIM:

1. Purchase 2 pairs of participating Samsung 3D Glasses (2010 models) between 28th October to 31st January 2012.
2. Register by calling 1800 068 078 within 14 days of purchase. Provide your details and Serial Numbers of participating products.
3. Email a copy of your receipt to samsung3dfree@callcentreservices.com.au or fax to (02) 9949 9282 within 14 days of registering.
4. You will then receive your two free 3D glasses by post, so please ensure your mailing address is included with your claim. Please allow at least 4 weeks for receipt of your two free 3D glasses.
