HOW TO CLAIM:

Purchase a Participating Product (selected Samsung Air Conditioners) between 9:00 am AEDST on 04 November 2011 and 5:00 pm AEDST on 24 December 2011, or such earlier time as sales of each respective Participating Product equals the number of Bonus Gifts available (as shown on the website counter at www.samsung.com.au/promotions ).
Go to www.samsung.com.au/promotions, follow the prompts to the Online Claim Form page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed Online Claim Form within fourteen (14) days of purchase of the Participating Product. All Online Claim Forms must be submitted by 11:59 pm AEDST on 7 January 2012.
Provide the valid Serial Number of your Participating Product when submitting your Online Claim Form. If you have not received your Participating Product by this date, tick the box on the Online Claim Form to indicate this. You must then provide the Promoter with the Serial Number of your Participating Product within 14 days of taking delivery.
Upload and attach a scanned copy of your original purchase receipt to the Online Claim Form; orupload a scanned copy of the original purchase receipt via the track claim page after having submitted the Online Claim Form; or send in a copy of your original purchase receipt to the address indicated online within 14 days of submitting your Online Claim Form, and no later than last mail received on 21 January 2012.
