Samsung expands the award-winning NX range with the new NX11

Unveiled at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas earlier this year, Samsung Electronics Australia has announced that the NX11 (successor to the award-winning NX10) will hit Australian stores in mid-March.

The four key enhancements of the NX11 include:

1. Re-designed grip: the grip of the camera body has been re-profiled to make it more ergonomic compared to the NX10 and allow it to sit in the hand more naturally
2. Support for the iFunction lens as standard: the NX11 will come with an iFunction lens (debuted on last year’s NX100) which allows you to access all of the key settings like aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance and adjust them on the fly simply by pressing the iFN button on the lens
3. New Panoramic Shot mode: with the NX11 you can shot amazing panoramic shots by holding the shutter and panning the camera. The camera will then “stitch” the photos together into an amazing landscape
4. New Sound Photo mode: this unique mode will also record sound when you take the photo so you get a real sense of being there.
